Eric is an American filmmaker and photographer. His style is highly visual and stems from an intersection of documentary realism and the beauty of composed photography – all focused towards authentic storytelling. 

Born and raised in the cultural hotbed of Central Pennsylvania, Eric attended the College of Design at North Carolina State University where he studied design and film. After graduating, he worked as a Designer and Art Director. While always shooting stills as a hobby, he transitioned into commissioned documentary and commercial work as a photographer.

The pursuit of a different category of work brought him to Los Angeles where he landed in the world of the traditional ad agency. Working within the agency model, Eric has spent the last nine years developing and directing live-action content for brands like Volkswagen, Zillow, and Sprint.  His documentary storytelling and highly personal interview style have garnered press and accolades for both Angelsoft and Target.  Most recently, his misdirection and comedy work has won multiple awards for Taco Bell and Interscope Records, including a 2018 Cannes Lion for Eminem’s album launch campaign that he wrote and directed. Having worked on the agency side, Eric understands the importance of being collaborative as well as the needs of the client, all while keeping the creative vision in focus.
